The Rumors Of Our Demise Have Been Greatly Exaggerated

Obama Leaves Trinity United

-By The Reluctant Republican

Obama Praying In case you missed it, Obama “officially” resigned his membership to his home church of 20 years this last weekend. This would be the church where the now infamous Jeremiah Wright mentored Obama for the last 20 years and where a guest speaker recently made waves for some comments of his own. Is Obama trying to do the right thing by distancing himself from the legacy of Wright and drawing a line in the sand on those and other offensive comments? No. He is not. Money quote, “I’m not denouncing the church and I’m not interested in people who want me to denounce the church.” No ladies and gentlemen, he is leaving because he has become a “distraction” for the church, not the other way around. “The church have been suffering from the attention my campaign has focused on them.” Now stand back and watch the media marvel at his “integrity”.

William...McCain cares about nothing but becoming President. Guess what I don't have a problem with that! Politicians are self serving out of the womb. Look at your boy Bush.
  • William
Obama cares about nothing but Obama. wheresnewt...you are crazy, Obama stand s for nothing. He is a mile wide and an inch deep. His hope is nothing more then the same old liberal agenda of the left.

He is denouncing "rhetoric" from these Pastors nothing more. What is best is to show he does stand for something larger then himself and he is. Please let us only hope we can be in Iraq for an additional 50 years.
